“I followed Dr. Todd to this new office. Even though it's a bit of a trek across the county for me, it's been totally worth it. Scheduling is easy and wait times for appointments are reasonable. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes once I've checked in.

Dr. Todd is thorough and helpful and the other medical and reception staff are friendly and always ready with explanations. I highly recommend!“

“At this time I'm giving 4 stars, only not 5 because I'm a little frustrated with the new phone system and hours. Hopefully that will change and I can move it back to 5 stars.
The doctors and PAs have always been wonderful. Dr. T Phillips is my doc, and she's just fantastic. I've also seen Dr. Kaplan a few times and he was great too. The nurses I've spoken too are always super knowledgable and kind. All the in person staff and previous most the phone staff was always really nice.

I'm not loving the new phone system and hours though. Some of the people that answer the phone are super nice and helpful, some are kind of rude and not helpful- it's hit or miss. I really wish they had SOME hours on Saturday and Sunday, as it's hard if you get sick on Friday. They used to have Saturday hours. Lastly, right now the phone system isn't even working which is frustrating- none of the phone even ring right now for some reason. I just wish they hadn't done this new phone system- it's just not working so far it seems like. Maybe just new kinks in the system. Fingers crossed! Will try to call again in a few.

“I love this doctors office my main doctor is Dr. Moore but I have also seen Dr.French and Dr.Abuzoor (I hope I spelled that correctly) but I absolutely love these providers and the care team that work with them. They all answer my numerous questions and have treated me with nothing but respect! Dr.Moore is highly recommended especially he is super knowledgeable and I have a very complex health history he is never afraid to admit there are certain things he isn’t super comfortable with and will consult with other doctors ahead of time or to get the answers I need. He also has never hesitated to send a referral when necessary leading to diagnosis I have been waiting for years because he took me serious where no one else has for years! I am so glad I made the switch!! Thank you to everyone for making me feel valued here!!“
