The Mcentire Method is about the physical but also includes the neurological issues that maybe impacting movement. I tried everything but this is the only place that helps my back pain“

“I have only successfully attended two classes, but I must say that I can tell the difference it has made in body. I have multiple sclerosis and it has been a roller coaster of a journey navigating the last 30+ years. The stretching and breathing that is done during the class help me to connect with my mind body and soul by being completely present. I have been told by medical professionals that my core is extremely week which aids in my balance issues. My upper extremities are weak and tend to spasm. Strengthening my core along with my upper/lower body is helping me with my balance and weakness issues. As I stated it's only been a very short period of time and my body has responded very well to Pilates. I cannot wait to experience all of the amazing benefits that Pilate exercise has to offer.
