“2019: Highly recommend the back walk. Them people really know how to stretch out tight muscles. You may have to tell them light pressure for your first massage. If not you'll be kind of sore a few hours out..... still feeling good though.

2024: Didn't get the backwalk today (room was unavailable). However I did get the deep tissue massage which is almost as good as the backwalk. I really like the Sauna, it's a great pre-treatment.“
