Great Customer Service !Upon walking in I was greeted and offered a hot beverage. The spa was very welcoming and clean, I had an aromatherapy massage schedule with Devinne (who was GREAT by the way). I’ve been under a lot of stress lately. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that had a lot of tension. I left feeling at ease and more relaxed. I will definitely be back for more services in the future. Thank you all !

Great facial with Jamila. She provided great feedback on my daily regimen and made some suggestions on how I can improve my practices. Knowledgeable, professional, patient and welcoming staff. My face was a rough, dry mess when I entered but transformed into a smooth, glowing complexion when I left.

The massage and facial were amazing, as well as the customer service. I had Eddie, as a masseuse and Shelly did the facial. First time at Hand or Stone Massage, but certainly not the last!
