“By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

“Dr. Brodak is great lol I never want to change eye doctors if possible. Explains everything he’s doing and why. Appointments are quick but never rushed. I feel that he genuinely cares everytime I go to his office. I didn’t get the front desk staffs name but they are also kind. I forgot I wanted to submit my receipt for reimbursement from my insurance and when I called them and asked if it was possible to email it to me, they didn’t hesitate to say yes and send it to me. “Apex is great - it may be a little expensive but it's your eyesight. The selection is great but it's the service that's unique. They take such care in fitting you, and you can come back again and again and they stand by their work. I have bent my glasses pretty badly more than once and they have always adjusted them perfectly. I've tried other places but came back here a while ago because they are better than anyone else.“

Instead, they swapped out ALL of the silicone ear and nose pads along with giving everything a thorough clean. Yes, these are considerably more expensive than most other frames, but they last forever and the customer service is outstanding!“
