“I'm *really* glad I found this place (while searching for anyone who took Aetna Vision insurance). I don't think I've ever visited an office with a friendlier or more helpful staff and optometrist. They really project competence and honesty; I knew I was getting a through and genuine run-down of my issues and options. (I thought my lenses were great, but Dr Keppner showed how my vision could be improved and I'm already surprised I didn't realize the problem.) I haven't done much comparison shopping, but I'm pretty sure my costs for contact lenses + replacement lenses for eyeglasses were lower than I've paid elsewhere. Highly recommend in the Wheaton - Silver Spring - Takoma Park area.“

She spent 90 minutes on the phone with our insurance company to correct a silly mistake that was preventing my partner from getting the glasses she needed. She didn’t have to do this. She easily could’ve shrugged it off and told us to figure it out ourselves, like most people would, but instead she took it upon herself because she felt that it was important to advocate for her customers.
