“My 1 year old son dislocated his elbow but what we thought his wrist while on a road trip, we had 2 hours left going to harford county we stopped at this urgent care and they were amazing. The waiting time wasn’t bad at all. My son was prioritized in a timely manner. The doctor touched his arm once and popped it back within a literal second and my baby was fine!! You guys are awesome! I think the front desk guy name was Latrell he was so nice and patient with me on getting me and my baby signed in. It was our first time there. Thank you guys!!“

“I’ve always had a good experience here and I’ve been here a lot. I’ve seen a variety of nurses, providers, and staff. While there may have been some staff I’ve preferred over others, I’ve always left with a diagnosis or resolution and have felt heard and cared for. Sometimes, they are under-staffed, so you have to be patient. This location is also very convenient.“

“Dr. Cece, Nurse Bonnie, and all the front desk gals are INCREDIBLE. My husband got extremely sick very quickly, and the front desk ladies showed so much concern and compassion - even checking in with the back to try to get my husband the care he needed. One doctor saw him, and it felt like he wasn’t taking his time to get the whole picture of what was going on. Luckily (?) my husband nearly passed out when we tried to leave - the security guards swooped in with a wheelchair, the nurses swarmed around him and got everything sorted so beautifully. Then Nurse Bonnie and Dr. Cece came in and made me feel so much better as an anxious spouse. They were so brilliant, careful, and thorough - I could have cried from relief. Hubs ended up spending three days in the hospital - they definitely have a doctor and one nurse who need to check themselves, but other than that, the folks here were so lovely and smart. Good job team, forever grateful ❤️“
