I had an acute ankle sprain that I have obtained from my work 3 year’s ago. I have been using medicine to help with the pain. I hate going to the doctors. I’m the type that normally works through the pain. My doctor recommended some options, to do physical therapy, ankle surgery or pain management. I chose to do physical therapy rehab . I have been working with Connor and Carly , they both have be extremely supportive and very knowledgeable on ways the fix my injury. Since I been in pt my injury has healed and I’m able to walk almost normal again. I highly recommend going to this physical therapy. Emily, Carly, Diane, and Connor are all excellent. My ACL rehab has been wonderful with each of these providers. They are genuinely nice and talented people who make it a comfortable and relaxing environment while still allowing the freedom to challenge yourself when having a good day. I can't recommend this place enough!
