“I had an appointment today to secure two toilets that were rocking (imagine rodeo potty!) and a sump pump that has never worked since I moved in 1988. The location of the sump pump is in very tight quarters, underneath a basement staircase through a very tight squeeze around the laundry tub. Gary P. was my tech, and he made some miracles happen for my home today! The first toilet, once lifted, had some incredible things underneath and was attached to a flange in such a way that was truly insecure. Quite possibly, with the right move, the toilet could have been lifted directly off of the flange - while trying to just stop it from moving. He fixed it! The second toilet was a much smoother fix, which he also did incredibly well! AND, that sump pump. He had one in the truck and was able to fit under that staircase and replace what was there with a wonderful model that now only allows one directional water flow! Things you just don't know until a seasoned professional points them out! I am incredibly grateful for the detailed explanations, the responsiveness and knowledge Gary has, and how clean every area was left (even outside of the front door where he had a sticky mat to remove debris from his shoes before coming into my home!). “My 23 year old HVAC system suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago. Aire-Craft was one of two companies I asked to come out and assess the viability of repairing my old system, and one of 6 companies who provided me with a proposal once it was determined that the old system was not salvageable. The Aire-Craft technicians were on time for all appointments and explained their recommendations to me clearly. They provided the most competitively priced proposal and also installed the best quality equipment (Trane, while other companies would install Goodman, Carrier, Bryant, etc.). The demolition of the old equipment and the install of the new system was completed over the course of two days. Technicians seemed to take pride in their work and the work space was cleaned up well when everything was said and done. Highly recommend the team at Aire-Craft and their work!“

I called them up, and Mark (one of the owners) hopped in a truck and personally came out to get me taken care of. Family owned, veteran run business, and they show up!“
