I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.
I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service.
It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. I arrived there 43 minutes early because I knew-- as a new patient--I would have to fill out an application.
Dr. Cole examined my body thoroughly. I like that she talks to me during examination--asking questions and explaining things to me.

When I first started seeing him, my hair was damaged from years of sew-ins, but he helped nurse it back to health. Now, I get trims every two months, and my hair has never looked better. Even though it's usually a dry cut, he takes his time and never cuts corners. He knows exactly how much to trim to keep my ends healthy without changing my hairstyle completely. My hair is growing and looking fuller these days, and I couldn't be happier. Also, the lovely woman with curly hair at the front desk is always so sweet and makes me feel welcome every time I visit. The studio is very clean, bright, and in a great location. They also sell products from some of the best haircare lines. I highly recommend Cornelius for any hair needs!

Best dip nails I've ever gotten! My dip nail set has lasted for 2 weeks now with no chipping or lifting. I wash dishes nearly every day at home so I was worried they would start to lift but surprisingly they have not one bit. The dip set could last a lot longer but my nails grow fast so I need to get a new set ASAP. I'm so excited for my next appointment! The vibe is totally relaxed and cute. The spa is very clean and I so appreciate that. The staff is friendly and respectful. I'm recommending this nail spa to anyone looking for these services.

Lisa was wonderful during a difficulty time. She spent over an hour talking on the phone initially with suggestions on how to help hair loss. Then when we went in person she made great suggestions as to what wig would be best. She matched the wig almost perfectly to my daughter's natural hair. She spent so much time fitting the wig and making sure that it felt as natural as can be. The wig looks great and feels great. It is very durable and since my daughter plays sports, Lisa made sure to fit the wig so it doesn't fall off. Not only did she help make my daughter feel like her old self, but she was there for us emotionally.

I absolutely love Ms Laura and the entire shop. I’ve been getting my hair done by them for over 8 yrs, and now my daughters go to them as well. They are always so pleasant and professional. The shop is always near and tidy as well. I always leave satisfied with my work in a timely manner and without a headache from the braids being too tight. Ms Laura and the rest of the staff take time to get to know each clients individual needs and master the hairstyle each and every time. I walk into the barbershop with a nice red wig, with my natural hair unkept and untreated under my fresh wig. I ask them to help.me and Gabriel did wonders. I was so impressed and.my self-esteem went up to 100. The care Gabriel took in cutting my dirt matted hair... I felt a shamed of the condition of my hair. Look at the results and that's my red wig in the corner of the picture. Impressive work! I was transformed from a red wig wear heavy set woman to a natural cuvey soft woman. Gabriel keeps flexible hours easy to schedule, returns calls in timely manner. I am sold and from my reviews you know it's hard sell me poor quality. Overall, I am happy with this barber shop and will continue to patronize them. I've been twice and had 2 different barbers. I would say that their beard shape ups are top-notch. I am incredibly picky about my haircut and both times I couldn't stay longer, but if I could have, I would have had them get it perfect. I don't doubt the skills, I just need to explain exactly what I want better. I am about 90% satisfied with both haircuts (Again, I am a bit crazy about how perfect the cut is). The price is a tad high, I can't get out of here for under $100.

I just moved to the area, and found on Google this nail spa literally 5 minutes from my house. I decided to go in without an appointment and see what happens. When I walked in - the workers were very polite, the place was super clean and the floors were spotless! I just needed a basic pedicure, and I was seated and worked on within 5 minutes of being there. My nail technician was very detailed and took her time. Not in a rush at all. I probably got my feet pampered for about 45 minutes. Scrubbing, cutting, cuticle clean up, filing, massaging, hot towels and nail polish application. I also picked regular nail polish with a design, and they didn’t NOT push for gel. Which was nice. A great experience. I will highly recommend and I will go back.

Snider’s has been my go to place in the area for about a year. They are SO reasonably priced, and spend time to make sure your nails are perfect. It’s may seem like a hole-in-the-wall but I couldn’t imagine any place doing it better AND at the price they do it. They book up quickly so make sure you schedule your appointment in advance. It was my first time going to this nail salon. I had to wait for 10 minutes which is fine with me because I wasn't in a hurry. I felt welcome, nail tech were very gentle on my toes. I will say this, salon is kinda small & they don't use UV light dryer, they use mini fans to dry your nails which is healthier. If you are looking for a salon to get a pedicure/manicure for better price, this place is for you. To let you know, they don't do dip powder, sns and acrylic sets.

I spent 3 years in the Silver Spring area desperately searching for someone to save my brows and finally I found Jewel and her studio! My brows are always perfect and i enjoy the facials as well as the derma planing. Jewel is always such a delight and I love how peaceful she makes me feel.
I tried two other aestheticians in the area, both in Georgetown and the experiences weren't the best. I didn't feel comfortable with the first one and the second disappeared. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian Wax from Chateau Speechless in 2017. Her booking website clearly stated what days and times Groupon services would be available. I loved the experience so much that I have been a client ever since. Third times the charm! I finally found MY aesthetician that gave me all the right vibes, quality work, well priced, and conveniently located. Ms. Cherie has always been professional, respectful, and courteous to me and her other clients. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment. She's accommodated me several times when I've needed last minute appointment changes. If I need to contact her, then I send a text instead of calling because she's with clients and always recieve a prompt response. Please note, any subpar reviews are probably from Groupon purchasers that either didn't read/ follow the booking instructions or felt entitled to attempt to run her business how they wanted her to. I've seen and heard this complaint from varying businesses about certain Groupon users being disrespectful.

I used her two separate times recently for both hair and makeup for my business branding photo shoot as well as for family photos. She's incredibly talented and nailed the look I was going for. Pop’s tattoo is such an amazing professional tattoo parlour. As soon as you walk in you can tell how clean it is. They do a wonderful job of making you feel completely comfortable. I had a leaking hot water heater. Sky Plumbing came over that day to look at it. They were then able to fit me into their schedule for a new hot water heater the very next day. I wasn’t even without hot water for 24 hours. My technician, Noam, was kind, clean, and quick. I will definitely use Sky plumbing again in the future.
Remington came today to install our new gas stove. He was exceptional. He informed us upfront what needed to be done for inspection. Once he started the install he told us step by step what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about the install process. He took his time and did an excellent job. Side comment...he liked our dogs too!

I had an incredible experience with Champion Plumbing!! Gus came out early on a Saturday to look at my issue. He provided a free quote that was both reasonable and, more importantly, didn’t change. He is a really lovely person to talk to in addition to being reliable and responsive. Fedo and Jason came about a week later to complete the work. They were both so incredibly nice, and were good sports even when a small snafu (not their fault!) made the job run longer than expected. They installed two new toilets and fixed a leaking, wobbly sink in around an hour with no noise and no mess. This is the same sink that another company said couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Gus, Fedo, and Jason were total pleasures to work with, very honest and upfront, and easy to schedule. My husband and I have asked Sorin to perform a few electrical items for us. We originally found him through a neighborhood recommendation. He is, without a doubt, the most professional and excellent service provider I've ever had in a home or condo.
Our first job was to install recessed lighting in our upstairs bedrooms. In looking at the project, Sorin noticed our smoke detectors were not legal. He recommended fixing them, but did not pressure us to do so. We ended up adding them to our list of projects and he walked us through how he would adjust each one to make sure it was legal and would be safe. He also discussed all light placements with us, not just rushing to get the job done. He made sure lights would be placed to not interfere with the ceiling fans and so that all spots in the room would be lit. While his electrician skills were superb, I appreciated the extra time communicating with us how he proposed to solve the issues. Never did I feel like he was requesting to "upcharge" us as he always explained multiple options and scenarios.
Our second project was assistance running an extra line for a fan in the master bathroom. Sorin walked us through options, allowing us to discuss and figure out the best options. His work was tidy and cleaned, we hardly knew he had been there when he left, even though drywall needed to be cut for the project.
I recommend Sorin to everyone I know who mentions needing an electrician. He's exceptional!!

Hello folks, so let me tell you about the people at Zee, they are at the apex of their game. The technician that I spoke to literally talked me through 10 minutes worth of troubleshooting with my Whirlpool refrigerator and as soon as my part comes in I should be up and running. He was great, he called me back instantly he had me to send pictures to him and trouble shot over the phone. He saved me three or $400 on a visit for something really miniscule that I can do myself. If I could give them 10 Stars I would, I highly recommend them. Give him a call for all of your appliance issues.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My freezer was doing horrible things to my food and I needed to replace the GE gasket. I called GE and was told they discontinued the gasket. I said that the refirgerator is fine, I just need the gasket. They told me, Sorry, can't help. We have always used Apache for the past many years, so I called them. I wanted another GE and was told that it would be ordered for me. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that the model I had ordered was no longer available (and I had not been notified- not good for Apache) However, I spoke to Francis and he saved the day. He told me about the GE mixup and recommended a Whirlpool and it would be delivered within the week. Bless you, Francis and Apache. My Whirlpool is happily saving and freezing my food nicely. The deliverymen, Reuben and Kernando (?) were superb, friendly, knowledgeable, and real gentleman (and it was pouring at the time). APACHE- you are The ONE! P.S. I rarely share critiques for any place of business - but this - this deserved a thumbs up. Thanks!

Sure-Fit is.a top notch, locally owned business. We had some trouble with keys that weren't working well and thought we may be needing new locks. They came out to our place, looked at the locks and keys and realized that the keys had not been cut well. They gave us a new key and our problem was solved. They spent a significant bit of time on the phone and in person to help us target the problem. They didn't even charge us for the visit once they realized that we didn't need a new lock. Very ethical and experienced locksmiths! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to everyone.

I went to Home Depot first and neither the key they made or the fob worked, wasted $30. Next I tried a KeyMe kiosk and both the key and fob worked and took 5 minutes to order and receive. Definitely I will be using the KeyMe kiosk in the future

We used this company for the first time via ANGI. The 2 technicians that arrived were plesant and professional. They went right to work on our 4 level town home. Light chemical spray first, and thourough steam clean following. The wool carpet came up much cleaner than we expected. We were able to sparingly walk on the capret almost immediately. After the carpet dried it looked almost new. These are our carpet folks from now on.

We had the hardwoods refinished on the main level of our single family home, and then matching hardwoods added to the upstairs bedrooms, plus the hardwoods on the stairs refinished to match.
We had a tight deadline before we needed to begin moving in, and these guys knocked out the whole project in like 3 days.
The floors look great, they were very responsive even after the project was done to make sure we were satisfied.
Sidenote: I’d highly recommend for anyone moving into a home, do this before you move in. Otherwise it’s 10x harder.

This group did an excellent job installing a Radon abatement system at our home. Installation, communication and professionalism was superb. They addressed my many questions (thanks John) and worked to find a location that did not detract from the view of the home. We have a large unfinished basement (greater than 2000 square feet) and the final radon reading was 0.4; which is well below the EPA recommended level.
Their price was comparable to others I considered and their website was extremely informative. They included a lifetime guarantee for the building by that is transferable when the home is sold, 5 year warranty for fan and one year for labor.
I’d recommend you consider them for your project.

We contracted them to finally fix our badly dilapidated rooftop deck and parapet wall. All of the various crews we needed for this project were nothing short of amazing! We live in a historic neighborhood, so there was a ton of specific details that they had to pay attention to and they had all of it. Miguel and his staff did an amazing job with my apartment renovation in DC! I couldn’t recommend his business more highly to anyone looking for a contractor. His attention to detail, general expertise regarding all aspects of home renovation, and follow-through are exceptional and he was able to do every part of the job that we needed - painting all the walls, doors, and closets throughout the apartment, replacing 3 sets of closet doors, replacing some of our lights and blinds, and upgrading our windowsill to be more structurally sound and spacious. Although we initially hired Miguel mainly to paint, he saw where there were structural weak points where the plaster had deteriorated and replaced them as well. While this made the renovation take longer than initially anticipated, Miguel went out of his way to still get things done quickly, including working on a Saturday. Miguel and his team were understanding and patient throughout the process and helped us through every step even through unforeseen circumstances. When our windows weren’t a standard size, he went out of his way to get blinds custom cut to our specifications. When he saw the opportunity to set up an extra light, he brought his electrician to re-wire out setup and make it happen. We had a great experience and will definitely be calling again for any home renovation needs! And saving the number to refer others in the DMV!

Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.
I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.
He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.
We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.
I highly recommend Mr. Sajid.
I have used Bug Off Pest Specialists on a number of occasions. We moved into a new home and it came with a family of mice wreaking havoc in the basement. Cjei came in and immediately pointed out the obvious signs that the mice had been living in the home for quite some time. In a single treatment he was able to help us close up all areas of potential entry and treat the entire basement area. We haven't seen a single mouse since. We had him back a second time to treat the house for spiders. He is also great with critter removal! They are a family owned business and are very responsive, professional and their follow up is amazing. I highly recommend them!

I started seeing Dr. Ingram in October 2023 to help me recuperate from a sports injury, and three months later I feel like a new person! She took the time to do a thorough exam on my first visit, and I really appreciated her reminder during that session that even if I only felt a little pain it was still pain, and the goal was to get me to no pain. After getting past the immediate effects of my injury (which took about a month), we've been able to work on the more underlying issues to help ensure that injury doesn't happen again. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and I can safely say I enjoy every one of my visits, so much so that I've almost fallen asleep on the hydromassage bed more times than I'm willing to admit!Dr. Ingram is fantastic, and I look forward to my continued visits to the office.

I saw Dr. Cole at the Rockville location. The office is about an hour and half from where I live. She is highly rated so I selected her as the dermatologist to perform a full body examination for skin cancer.
I was a bit nervous because I have never done this before. After the visit, I was very happy with the results and the service.
It did not take long to fill out the application and to be seen. I arrived there 43 minutes early because I knew-- as a new patient--I would have to fill out an application.
Dr. Cole examined my body thoroughly. I like that she talks to me during examination--asking questions and explaining things to me.
The whole process was smooth from the application to the examination. Thus, I gave a 5*
Dr. Kavita Goyal is one of the best doctors I've ever had!! She is a wonderful dermatologist! She is knowledgeable, gentle and super friendly. She makes me feel relaxed and comfortable with whatever issue I am having. I highly recommend her.
Excellent initial exam! Joan is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Got to appointment early and was seen on time. Plenty of free parking. Patient portal provides very useful information and is easy to navigate.
The only downside to this practice is that all phone calls are handled through a national call center. Expect to wait a while before your call is answered and don't expect to be connected to your practice office or provider if you want to speak with them. Wish this weren't the case. My 5 star rating excludes the national call center issue. And by the way, if you need to contact Joan directly, you can reach out to her via the portal (but I haven't had to use that feature yet).
Dr. Gaston is an experienced and knowledgeable clinician with a stupendous bedside manner. He diagnosed my issue quickly and conclusively, had answers to my questions, and came up with a treatment plan that made sense for my circumstances. I was able to get into his office as a new patient less than 48 hours after calling. Great experience. Fantastic physician.
Fairland Animal Hospital has taken care of our three rescue adopted Miniature Pinschers since their first visit after adoption. Te staff and veterinarians care about four-legged family members and treat them with love and respect. The veterinarians are able to explain problems that surface and what treatment options are available. We highly recommend this practice.

Family Pet Vet is the absolute best. Dr. Wehrli is so compassionate and authentic. And, not only is Dr. Wehrli the best, but his staff is my absolute favorite. In particular Beatriz and Cai! They have so much love for all the animals. They are so kind and helpful. We had a really serious surgery with our older dog and they were so helpful in walking me through everything and getting him out and into the car to help me. When our dog ended up passing they were so compassionate. We now have a new puppy and they are just as loving. I feel like they are a truly family vet practice.
Far better experience than I imagined. Very reasonably price for very thorough examination and treatment. My dog has a pretty bad yeast infection in her ear and her regular vet didn’t have any time to see her this week so I found this place which I’m always skeptical to take her to new locations but given the good reviews and conveniently close to where I live I gave them a call early morning and was able to get a appointment the same day. The person who answered the phone was very professional and offered a quick easy method to get her in the system as she is a new patient. The person at the front desk, Erica, was kind and attentive. the waiting room was very spacish and clean, not crowded at all. I did not have to wait any time for a room to be ready to see her since I had an appointment I believe. The room itself was very clean, didnt have that smell as most vet rooms do, and very well air conditioned. The doctor who treated my dog was Adriana Ogando she has a very calm and professional demeanor and knew exactly how to handle my dog as she is a big dog but anxious in new environments. Both vet techs who helped were very kind and thorough. I was most afraid of what it was going to cost me but ended with a very reasonable bill for all they did. Exam, culture, cleaning and prescriptions all less than 300$. Maybe a third of the cost of what her regular vet would’ve charged me. 100% recommend and I am glad I have a local vet I am able to bring her to now. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Animal Place!
Excellent instructors! This studio offers amazing exercises that strengthen the body. I enjoy the various classes (flow, control, cardio, center balance), and more. If you are hesitating to join, don’t. You will get stronger and feel better. ~Melanie
I'm new to Pilates. Last night's class was outstanding! Vivian must have sensed there were quite a few newbies attending because she patiently guided us through the basics with explanations about the techniques, instead of pushing us through weather we were doing it right or not. I gained a better appreciation for the discipline.
Such an amazing experience from start to finish are -truly felt like a mini-getaway. The space is so welcoming; innovative touches-foot soak, sound options make it extra special. Massage itself was 10 out of 10, pressure was perfect, attention to requested areas was met, I will be back for the next available session!

I thought this lower back pain would be part of my life forever until I found Focused Physical Therapy. I happened to find this place by chance after more than 6 months of therapy with a franchise therapy company without a good progress. At one point I was considering surgery. Bryan of Focused Physical Therapy took the time to reviewed my MRI report, narrowed down the causes, carefully explored different exercises and got feedback from me. I started my 1st session with them mid January 2023 and the pain was practically gone beginning of April 2023. I have been doing exercises he prescribed since then to keep it pain-free. Thank you so much to Bryan and technician Nathaniel. They were so dedicated to help the customers getting better as soon as possible.

Unlike other PT offices which feel as if you on in an assembly line, this PT offfice gives you hands on personal treatment. I was really helped getting over my sciatic nerve pain over the foreseeable of a few sessions. I highly recommend this therapy.

I went to Atlantic PT for Pelvic Floor PT after having 3 kids. I am very happy with the results. Theresa (the owner) worked with me one-on-one. She knew her stuff and didn't sit at a computer looking up exercises like other practices do. They are open early hours which is extremely helpful if you work. I would highly recommend her and this practice.
I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love it! Everyone is so kind and they really seem to care about *you* and your care. I always feel relaxed and warm when I leave. Everything is clean and professional and the rooms are well decorated.

I've been going to Dr. Chen for about four months now. After suffering from debilitating hives and swelling for several months and seeing doctor after doctor, trying tons of different medicines, acupuncture is the only thing that has helped, and it helped immediately. I don't know why it took me so long to consider trying acupuncture, but it was life changing. I'd encourage anyone to give it a try! Dr. Chen is wonderful--she knew right away some treatments that might work for me, made some recommendations about things to avoid (which have also helped) and frankly, was the first medical person to not seem baffled when they met me, which gave me hope. I still don't know what happened to my body but feel like I'm finally working through whatever is going on. I can't recommend her enough.

I really enjoyed my experience at All Sights Driving School. The classroom instruction conducted by Mr. Edwin was informative and helped prepare me for driving on the road. Mr. Edwin and the receptionist worked with me and my schedule to ensure I could complete the driving part of the course which I appreciate. Although I was nervous to drive at first, Mr. Edwin and his other instructor made me feel comfortable and confident in my abilities. Overall, all staff at All Sights Driving School were kind and patient which made the process of working towards getting my license a breeze.

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Jean! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Jean has been working with me behind the wheel practices for 6 months he’s a patient one I tell ya that! He’s very, very flexible with working with your schedule and practicing on YOUR TIME, he’s gonna find time for you might be extra early, or kind of late but he will find time. He makes sure you get what your supposed to be doing, and he made me feel at ease the entire time which I truly appreciated, driving is a scary thing but with, Jean your in great hands! Also, kudos to his right hand man who helps in the office, Alan he was also always very polite, and helpful!
We had a fantastic experience with Astick Driving School. From the start, Monica at the front desk was incredibly patient, polite, and accommodating. She worked with us to fit our schedule and was especially helpful when we were concerned about finishing the behind-the-wheel classes before our son headed off to college. Monica added us to the cancellation list and reached out as soon as an opening came up, which made a huge difference. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to complete three in-car lessons in a short amount of time. The driving instructors, Victor and Gabby, were highly experienced and professional. They provided excellent guidance and support throughout the lessons. As a result, our son passed his driving test smoothly and received his license without any issues. We are really grateful for the support and flexibility of the team at Astick Driving School. Their dedication made the process much less stressful, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you live in Maryland, don't waste your time going to any other driving school—choose Habesha Driving School instead. Initially, I attended a different driving school, but it was not helpful at all. They didn’t teach me the skills I needed for my behind-the-wheel test. Fortunately, a friend recommended Habesha Driving School, and I only wish I had discovered this exceptional school sooner.
