Oh boy. I'll start on a good note. Everyone there is super friendly. As expected, my 1 year old screamed during her visit. That's not the 1 star. The 1 star begins in May 2023 when my insurance denied the claim. Preventative care should be covered but these guys filed the wrong code. Twice. The code was for children over 3 years old. The third person filed the correct code. Confusion ensues. I still owe money 5 months later but I'm ready to pay and be done. Enter fourth person. My son is very sensitive to how his teeth get cleaned - once he threw up when the hygienist was too rough poking around his mouth. But he could not speak highly enough of Janelle, who put on his sealants today. She gave him lots of useful information about brushing his teeth, and how to take care of them, and as he pointed out, was the only hygienist he’s had who remembered to offer him water! She was very kind, told him what she was doing, and was very efficient yet thorough. Thank you so much, Janelle!

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Camps Pediatric Dental Center in Silver Spring with my eight-year-old son. From the moment we walked in, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and warmth exhibited by the entire staff.
