From the first call to the last visit, each person was courteous and professional. The estimation process was extremely helpful, providing useful tips for our specific job. The bid was in line with two others received, but we valued Lady Baltimore’s long standing presence in the community and their tradition of community service. The preliminary educational materials were very helpful and explained each phase of the project. The scheduling department provided a date that worked for us and patiently answered our questions and concerns. We were attempting to match the color and gloss of nearby flooring. The team worked carefully preparing sample stains and helping us confidently choose the best color combination. They also left a sample of the final mixture for our reference. All craftsmen were courteous and professional and our questions and concerns were addressed along the way. Cleanup was thorough both inside and out. “IFS put a great floor coating in our common area hallways and bathrooms. It looks great, the install was quick, and the surfaces are easy to clean. It also looks clean all the time. It does not show the dirt/grime in out bathrooms that the tile/grout showed in our last office. Even if it has not been cleaned for a few days, it still looks clean. This is a big benefit for when we have customers stopping in. If you are looking for a new bathroom floor, I highly recommend.“
