“IFS put a great floor coating in our common area hallways and bathrooms. It looks great, the install was quick, and the surfaces are easy to clean. It also looks clean all the time. It does not show the dirt/grime in out bathrooms that the tile/grout showed in our last office. Even if it has not been cleaned for a few days, it still looks clean. This is a big benefit for when we have customers stopping in. If you are looking for a new bathroom floor, I highly recommend.“

However Rick Scott at Floor Medic assured us that the floor would be done in a few short days. I was astonished when he told me that because we were such amazing people and hand done so much to prepare for the worker's by leaving little booties by the door which they could wear when they walked about on the tile floors and carpet so as to not drag saw dust through the house. We also had hung our own plastic drop clothes over every door, vent, counter, cabinet, fridge...We essentially plastic wrapped everything that we had not moved out into the pod storage.
