“To be honest, this was the best experience my family has had with a veterinarian practice. (Of course my pup had a great experience too which says a lot!). From the scheduling process, to the appointment itself and follow-up, everything has been great. We came from a different practice, Woodley Gardens made the transition so easy with obtaining all of my dogs prior records from multiple practices which made everything so much easier. My dog has inflammatory bowel disease and is under very specific care and a special diet because of this. Dr. Lowenthal has already been an amazing help with continuing care for my dog's disease and also helping us maintain communication with our dog's internist. I highly recommend this practice!“

“I can’t say enough good things about PetWellClinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make Joy Boy feel comfortable, which was no easy task since he can be a little nervous around strangers.

The veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything about the process of microchipping and heartworm prevention.

What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention they gave to my pet. It’s clear that everyone here loves what they do and prioritizes the health and happiness of their patients.

The facility was also spotless and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their services.

The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't compare prices to other vets. I do know they helped us during Covid which sadly our historical vet was not able to. “My partner and I have been coming to Balance Vet for years for our two dogs and two cats. We trust them with our beloved animals. They are kind, thorough, give us the options, and educate us about how to decide from those options. I have never experienced bedside manner like Dr. Albano and the team have provided. The team always greets us and our animals by name and remember specific things about them. There is a reason we have continued to drive so far over the past 5 or so years to receive care from them.

I'd also like to note that I highly recommend animal communication with Terriann. We did a session with our highly anxious dog when one of his favorite people was moving out of the country and we were worried about how he would take it. Not only did we gain new insight into how his mind and perception works, but we left with tangible tips for how to help him feel empowered and content in his life and better meet his access needs as a deaf and low-vision dog. We also felt heartened and cared for ourselves. Terriann is very good at what she does and because we weren't sure what to expect, she explained everything along the way.“

“The doctors and staff at Nebel Street have taken care of my cats for over 20 years. They are unfailingly attentive, and treat each "patient" like their own. They take their time in the examining room, provide careful explanations, and regularly follow up with phone calls after each visit. Originally, I lived a few blocks from their office, which was very convenient. Although I have moved, the 30 minute drive is well worth it. I wouldn't trust my cat family with anyone else.“

“Simply the best place you can take your pet. The staff not only cares about the animals but are all animal lovers and always made my dog feel comfortable. We had to put him down recently after a stroke and the staff were incredibly compassionate, professional, and reassuring that we were doing the right thing for our dog, while explaining the what was happening through each step of the process. We just received a card signed by the staff with little notes detailing the staff's experiences with my dog. Can't express how grateful I am for this place“
