In this case, it is most certainly a positive one. Fox Chapel's staff are all extremely professional. When you walk through the doors, people are engaging and speak to you not just as a customer, but part of the family. A great business for me is one that believes in what they do and Fox Chapel doesn't just hit the mark, they far exceed it. From the administrative folks to the veterinarian, you can tell they care about your loved one(s) and aren't out to just make a buck. We came from a vet, that was a "med pumper" and I strongly believe our youngest one would still be with us today if we had found Fox Chapel sooner. They found some things with our eldest before it could've potentially led to a much worse outcome. I can't express enough how happy I am we switched and look forward to an amazing journey with our fur-baby guardians.“
