Germantown Vet in Germantown, MD, I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is great! They take the time to listen to you and your pet's needs. They are very patient with explaining things and really take the time to come up with solutions, rather than leaving you on your own to figure out the next step.

We’ve been looking for an exotic vet closer to us, and found Germantown Vet Clinic! Dr. Tidd and the nurse (I wish I remembered her name) were absolutely great. They let us ask questions and took great care of Hammie (my guinea pig). They were gentle and patient with him, and even helped clean him up when he had an accident in his carrier! Definitely 10/10 service ?

While I only had one visit to this vet clinic, the care and environment exceeded my expectations. I had to bring in our very ill cat, and we ended up having to put her down, but throughout the process Dr Titus and the vet tech, Yona, were thorough and so kind in all of their explanations and care. I highly recommend! If we get another pet, I won’t hesitate to make this our vet home.
