“I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)“

“I have been taking my dogs to be groomed here for years. Nelza is the only groomer that I trust with my poodle bichon mix. Nelza has always done the best job, and even though I have now moved over 30 minutes away, I still come back just to have Nelza groom my dogs, she really is the best! In the past other groomers have simply shaved down my dog due to matting, Nelza was the first groomer who did not have to shave my dog Libby. Libby always comes out of there looking so good and feeling so soft.“
