“I had a GREAT experience buying a used car from BMW Rockville. My sales agent, Hwevin, was fantastic. He communicated with me throughout the process, and even delivered the car to my house! It's a beautiful 2022 Bronco Wildtrak and it was very reasonably priced. In addition, after purchasing the car, I discovered that there was damage to the soft top. Hwevin and the dealership stood by their promise and ensured the issue was fixed the right way so I did not have to return the car (which I did not want to do). In addition, as an Autonation dealer, they have warranty packages that are better than most. I appreciated that there was little to no "pressure" to purchase one or use their financing. It was a very pleasant experience and that made the hassle of buying a car so much better. Can't recommend Hwevin and BMW Rockville enough!“
