Amazing personal service, they greet you by name, understand your concerns, they are very easy to accommodate you with appointments and if needed they would provide a loaner vehicle if additional maintenance is necessary
Very bad customer service but very expensive and they are making the little issue very big problem. They don't have any loaner cars at all. They changed my service appointment for many times. I hate to drive a BMW because of themI don't trust those people at all.
This is the second or third time that I have been using Rockville BMW service and my advisor Juan Carlos Rodriguez has been very professional and very helpful. Definitely a great place to service your car. I understand it's the dealer and it's a little bit more expensive, but they are very vigilant about you doing the right thing as opposed to the previous experience that I had with other dealers- highly recommended.
