We were heading back from our July 4th vacation with our dog when we got a flat tire. Raul not only fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price, but he also let me and my dog wait in his air conditioned office since it was so hot outside.

We've run into some issues here with them running out of gas during a non-shortage time in the area, so it's very strange. However, BP quality is overall great and we like to come here at least once a month to use our Harris Teeter gas points. We haven't stopped by their convenience stores, but overall I'd say it's a pretty good gas station as far as these things go!

Our oil light went on and we had just had an oil change at Jiffy Lube. Unfortunately, Jiffy Lube was closed for Memorial Day. We went to Raul DE Guzman and he discovered that Jiffy Lube DID NOT secure the oil filter and ALL the oil was gone! He changed the oil and made us promise to have the engine checked out at the dealership. He even power washed the under side of our car.
