I had signed my Dad up with APG in 2023 because they offered in home care and a nurse practitioner came to his apartment and she was excellent. But the follow-up has been terrible, and very recently in trying to get his PT re-authorized I've been told he's not a patient, he hasn't been in for a visit in over a year (he's never been to their office that was the whole appeal), etc. Waste of time, and now I have to find my Dad a new doc. Steer clear.

Blood technician is never there despite their always requiring bloodwork. For this reason, I was told i was "too late" when they were the ones who scheduled the appointment after their technician left for the day. They also lied to me about my bloodwork being covered under my annual physical. It wasnt. Don't go here.

This practice is horrible. I scheduled 2 urgent appointments and both had to be rescheduled because of v scheduling errors from the staff. I finally was able to meet with Dr. Gomez who was cold, dismissive, have no bedside manner and seemed to be annoyed by my questions about my health concerns. I even tried calling to speak with the office manager about the bad treatment and 2 rescheduled appointments but I never even got a call from the office manager. The front office staff and the bloodwork guy are the only nice people in the entire office. The NP's, manager, and doctors do not seem to care about their patients health concerns.
