“Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“
“My anxious elderly poodle surprises me by being perfectly happy to trot into this doggy spa. I am always deleted with the results. No detail of paw, ear, nails, styling etc is overlooked; my instructions about the desired 'look' are solicited and perfectly followed. Poodle fur is a challenge, and Peachy Pooches always meets the test without upsetting my dog.“

“I adopted a dog in October and it’s been winter the entire time I have had him (basically) and while we walk multiple times daily, I knew I needed to find him a place to get some real activity in along with other dogs.I decided to check Hound Town out over other options in the area.I made an appt so they could evaluate my dog and see if he would be a good fit.The Manager was very friendly and my dog took to him right away. I couldn’t wait to get him back for his first play date!This Saturday is a Cold, Rainy, Sloppy Day… A Perfect Day Go To Hound Town for his first Play date!This type of weather is a perfect situation of why i’m sure we will be back many , many more times to have some hound fun!“

“This is by fair the best pet resort around. The owner is such an awesome guy that will go above and beyond to help out. My daughter was new to the Virginia area and had moved from Texas there for about two months before she had to return to Texas for a funeral. “I have been a customer of Healthy Hound for over ten years and would never consider leaving my beagles in the care of any other kennel. HHP provides everything I am looking for in a kennel. I am happy they are open every day of the year. The most important part of this review should address the care of my pets, and this is where I feel that HHP really shines. Most importantly, I appreciate the daycare that HHP provides all day. There are three separate play areas based on a dog's size which is important as my dogs are smaller. I also like the fact that staff are always present in the play areas. My dogs are always excited to arrive at HHP and are picked up tired yet happy. Just as important as daycare to me is the boarding at HHP. I know that my dogs are in a safe environment when we are apart. Having a staff person onsite with the boarders throughout the night is the big reason I never worry about my dogs when they need to be boarded overnight. Finally, I feel no review of any business can complete without a mention of the staff. The employees at HHP are obviously well trained at their jobs and experienced. The reception area always offers a warm greeting and moves you through the check in and check out process quickly. In closing, I absolutely recommend the daycare and boarding services provided at HHP. I have experienced a lot of kennels over the years and feel that HHP provides everything I am looking for when it comes to the care of my dogs.“

Jess was so quick … he was done in about an hour and she listened about the length!!! Usually groomers cut his hair extra short but Jess kept some length which I loved!!will be coming back to heart and paw for grooming!“

“Our foxhound - black lab has been going to Dogtopia for over a year. The staff are the very best! Milli has never had an issue with another dog. Our pup is a serial caprophage, so we are impressed by how well the staff manage her. She is also high energy and needs time to adjust when she gets to daycare. We love how absolutely tired she is after a long and fun day at daycare.“

This is now my second visit & my heeler/pointer mix, Oliver, comes back so CLEAN, thoroughly brushed to the point where he hardly sheds the few days following his appointment, and his nails properly trimmed. I was SHOCKED when I brought him back the second time and he was running to the entrance. Any other groomer Ive taken him to, Ive had to drag his feet as he refuses to enter. So glad we were referred here. Staff is also so friendly!“

The report card with photos after daycare is a nice touch (the photos I added to this review are from the report card).Great staff members that are friendly and enjoy being around all the dogs. I have a small dog who is dog friendly but nervous around new people, the staff clearly knew how to handle it as she is now best friends with all of them. We've even seen some staff out and about around Clarendon and they've been happy to stop and say hi to my dog when she got excited to see them.The facility seems clean and well kept, I've been coming to this location for a while and my dog hasn't come home smelling bad or dirty. She also seems like she gets a good amount of attention throughout the day!“

“I came to this location yesterday for dog grooming and my dog's stylist, Lesly C., was amazing; she did a wonderful job grooming my miniature goldendoodle, so if you have the same breed or any dog with a curly coat, I'd highly recommend her. I'm giving a five-star rating for the grooming and customer service, however the store itself is quite dirty. I noticed there's a smell due to dog pee and I'm unsure how often it gets cleaned, other than that I love the numerous amounts of products they have for any kind of pet.“
