“Taken my two dogs here for a few years now. My old doggy died and they gave me a card. How kind. My golden retriever was scared at his first visit without his brother. (But they made him comfortable and sent me a video showing he had calmed down). These people are great!!

My other dog was a poodle so he visited every 6-8 weeks. My golden visits every other time. I am eager for my new puppy to meet these ladies.“

“The best grooming service ever! Lisa is absolutely amazing, the most talented groomer and with a heart of gold. When my standard poodle Louie was in pain due to medical issues, Lisa went out of her way to allow him to sit during grooming, putting more stress on herself just to make him as comfortable as possible.
Absolutely the best, I highly recommend Custom Canines. Get an appointment as soon as possible, because they are in great demand, and their schedule will fill up quickly, months in advance. The best ❤️???❤️“

“Palisades Vet has been great. They have treated both of my cats very well, whether it is vet appointments, occasional boarding stays when I am out of town, or dental work. The staff is friendly as well. I know my cats are in good hands with the people there.“

“While visiting VA in summer, my Yorkie started making weird and scary noises (reverse sneezing) like if she weren’t able to breath ?. I immediately called Heart + Paw and after they listened over the phone, what has happened, they squeezed me in for a a check up. Dr. Jaclyn Erwin was very king and explained it was an episode of reverse sneezing. Not need to worry about. It wasn’t life threatening and it will go away with time. Next day the Dr. called to follow up my Yorkie’s episode and even helped with some tips for future episodes, if so. Heart + paw has a Super fast, friendly, kind a caring services. ? My Yorkie is doing great and she is ready travel back with me. ✈️“

“Amazing experience I got my two boys groomed. They are senior dogs and have some arthritis in the back legs and some skin issues. She worked with and bathed them with a special shampoo for skin allergy. Also got recommended products for skin allergies and possible different diets for allergy sensitive dogs. She sent me pictures through out and updated me with anything I needed to know. Quick to responded and very timely. I recommend Anyone taking their time to do research on a good groomer to definitely take you dogs here. I couldn’t have had a better experience.“

“Very happy with Ken Haven. Dr. Manzoor, the pet techs and front office. Staff are helpful, efficient kind, gentle. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I can't compare prices to other vets. I do know they helped us during Covid which sadly our historical vet was not able to. “Great experiences with bringing my dog here! She always leaves happy and tired. The report card with photos after daycare is a nice touch (the photos I added to this review are from the report card).Great staff members that are friendly and enjoy being around all the dogs. I have a small dog who is dog friendly but nervous around new people, the staff clearly knew how to handle it as she is now best friends with all of them. We've even seen some staff out and about around Clarendon and they've been happy to stop and say hi to my dog when she got excited to see them.The facility seems clean and well kept, I've been coming to this location for a while and my dog hasn't come home smelling bad or dirty. She also seems like she gets a good amount of attention throughout the day!“

I also appreciate that Becky, the owner, is so diligent about asking for proof of rabies vaccination before she will accept a dog for grooming. She cares a lot about both her furry and her human clients.“

“I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)“
