Explained the issue in layman's terms, repaired and charged a very reasonable price. This year my front load dryer started making a noise I called First Aide Appliance and they arrived the next day. Fixed the noise and charged an excellent rate. Very professional and kind. I will definitely use this company for all my appliance servicing ... and Rafael is amazing very kind and was informative on the issues with my washer and dryer.“
