“I called for two problems needing repair: dishwasher soap dispenser, and a clogged, leaky refrigerator interior drain system. Every house in Bowie has little things that need to be fixed, and it is difficult to find a business to help. This was my first time using Belair Appliance Repair. So easy to deal with. Came when he said he would. Repaired the troublesome equipment and got things going again. He is definitely in my personal telephone directory. And the price was reasonable.Three months later I had a refrigerator door with a broken spring, so it wouldn't close easily/properly. It was not a big job, but it was very annoying because it required using two hands to close the double doors. First Chris used the model number to try to locate the parts. No success, but the next day he tried a different way of searching and found the part. He took the time and trouble to keep after my problem until he was successful. “Bay Stoves was used by the owners prior to my purchase of the house, so we decided to give them a shot.Cathy who works in the office took my call and was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and gets to understand your needs on a personal level.We had a couple other companies come out prior who tried to upsell us on everything and even told us we shouldn't be using the fireplace.After meeting with the techs (who actually respected your house and protected their working area) they laid everything out, shared their concerns and assured us everything passed and we could use the fireplace. They did suggest some items to address later down the road but didn't push us to have it done tomorrow.They will be on my rotation to come out once a year for an inspection.You might have to wait a couple of weeks for service, but you will be glad you did!“
