I appreciated the call ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. The techs, Juwan and Lamon (?) worked well together and were very professional and explained things so I could understand.
Jeff was so nice. He called me to communicate his schedule and approximate arrival time. He put on his shoe covers even thought I told him don't worry about them. He also finished the work so quickly. He was just so nice.
Jawan K. did an excellent job with repairing my Samsung dryer. If I need any future repairs, I would want Jawan to be the technician. Thank you Sears for your professional technician. I highly recommend using Sears Appliance Repair.
