Bay Stoves was used by the owners prior to my purchase of the house, so we decided to give them a shot.Cathy who works in the office took my call and was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and gets to understand your needs on a personal level.We had a couple other companies come out prior who tried to upsell us on everything and even told us we shouldn't be using the fireplace.After meeting with the techs (who actually respected your house and protected their working area) they laid everything out, shared their concerns and assured us everything passed and we could use the fireplace. From picking out the fireplace to installation, Bay Stoves’ team was outstanding. The workmanship was very professional. The installers were quite knowledgeable and courteous. You can’t go wrong with this business. I highly recommend it to my family and friends.

It's not easy picking the right fireplace and I needed 3 different types for my house. Robin worked with us very patiently and on the install and service side, Eric is excellent. Everyone there is competent and they make a great team. thanks for your help.
