“I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. “Seneca Creek put a new roof on for me in 2016. After a year or so, a small leak developed - they came and fixed it. 2024, the wood were the leak was rotted, they came and fixed it. They stand behind their word. Everyone makes mistakes, but they own their mistakes and fix them!“
