Todd the owner came out to take look at my roof after one of their inspectors had a medical emergency and had to call out of work unexpectedly. I appreciated Todd coming out on his time to take a look. He promptly inspected the area and was able to diagnose the issue. Since the roof is under a year old he advised to contact the roofing company that did the install and said he would help if the company gave any push back. He also didn't charge me anything. Will be using this company for any future roofing issues.
