“Great experience from first meeting to job completion. I called 3 roofing companies in the area for a roof replacement. Jay shows up with his quote in hand before actually viewing the roof in person. Explains that the difference between 25 yr shingles and 40 yr shingles is a matter of thickness and bluntly asks do you need 40 yr shingles? I'll be lucky if I'm still above ground in 30 yrs. The other companies came out looked around showed the exact same manufactured shingles, recommending the 40 or 50 yr shingle and a day or two later sent an email quote that are roughly 30% more. Yes I chose the least expensive, don't hesitate choosing the little guy, Jay's company is very lean with little overhead and certainly you'll get the same if not better attention to the small details, I received quality workmanship“
