“If you're looking for a hype person that loves what she does along with the money. Courtney has a nice personality,clean facility. I'm just not happy with the results of my face after receiving chemical peel, then I went back for the red light because my face was irritated etc. Don't remember name. But I feel like it made it worse. My face is worse than when I went in.. it's two-tone, splotchy.just a mess. I'm not here to bash,blame or lie. Just speaking the truth, honest review. Just think my skin couldn't take all the different products and treatments that were used. I'm getting married this month. Lord let the makeup artist have amazing makeup to cover up and blend. ??? I'll worry about the dermatologist later, I don't have time for guessing what to use.. If anyone truly have advice .. no games please.. I have sensitive skin. I'm a person that loves to take pictures and would post but my face is horrible. Had to make up on if I know that I'm going to take pictures.. wish I would have left my face alone. Just wanted to pamper myself and get a facial treatment. I haven't heard anything from her since I texted that I wasn't approved for a certain amount, so that I could receive another treatment that she said was better. I also told her I better just hold out anyway because we're doing too much to my face. Haven't heard from her since. When you take all filters off your phone ,you can see everything and my face is worse. Disappointed. Oh well, it will get better. Trust God!“

“I visited Queens Cove for a facial during my birthday weekend. Tinesha was very kind and knowledgeable, she explained the process and procedure step by step which I appreciated. She also didn't mind answering questions, I had a lot because I suffer from allergies/sensitive skin and wanted to be sure that I was using the right products at home. The products she usd were luxurious I especially liked the honey exfoliating cleanser. It's been a week and my skin is still soft and smooth I will definitely be visiting Queens Cove again.“
