I cannot remember her name but she works at the Shaw location in DC. The best facial I’ve had, ever. Gentle yet extremely effective. The extraction process was flawless. She was able to explain everything to me in plain terms. I’m an attorney and business man and I value the ability to explain concepts in terms that people can truly understand. Spoke when I spoke, and remained silent when I was silent. I wish I could remember her name; she was the best and didn’t try to over sell me on products. Sam is worthy of a review even if I don’t want her schedule to fill up. I would argue that Sam is one of the best, if not the best, estheticians in DC. She’s honest and truly works with you and your goals.
