Chelsea (and CBMS) is amazing! I walked in having some reservations about Botox. Chelsea patiently took the time to walk me through the process, answer all of my questions, and address any concerns I had. She did a fantastic job of ensuring that I was comfortable with the procedure before going forward.Chelsea’s skilled and genuinely care about her clients. The procedure was quick and painless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They exceeded my expectations, and I look and feel rejuvenated. If you are at all considering Botox, I would very highly recommend scheduling an appoint with CBMS!

I rarely write reviews but was seriously impressed with Chelsea. By far the most comfortable, professional and knowledgeable experience I’ve had. Though obnoxious, I admittedly looked up her medical background / credentials before consulting and doesn’t hurt she went to a Top 5 program from U.S. News & World Report.
