The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue. In under 30 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue, craft up a way ahead, and scheduled the maintenance to begin next day. In 2.5 days Jerry, Tito, Ronnie, and Jose dried out and properly insulated the ductwork, re-drywalled and painted, installed a dehumidifier, installed a UV light, conducted the seasonal maintenance, and at a very reasonable cost.
