He found a wire that was burnt in half which he fixed, but he also checked the AC current draw of the HVAC outside unit and the freon levels. Mercifully, these were all within limits. My husband was downstairs doing some laundry when he noticed that there was a huge pool of water coming from underneath our furnace. I consider him quite professional in his interaction with me as a Microf customer in explaining to me the reason for the A/C blackout which appears to have been weather related (recent storm) parts had to be ordered so l was put back on the schedule for resolution as early as tomorrow.
