He found a wire that was burnt in half which he fixed, but he also checked the AC current draw of the HVAC outside unit and the freon levels. Mercifully, these were all within limits. “We'll never use another company so long as we are in this area! Last Sunday we had an issue with our compressor, I woke up to the thermostat reading 82 degrees whilst set in 70. I called Grove and they were amazing-everything from customer service, punctuality, and the price were spot on. I waited 30 minutes from the time I called to have someone at my door. He was upfront about pricing and FAST!! We could feel the A/C kick in before be left our home. Super impressed. Didnt try to sell us anything, which made it even better! My husband was downstairs doing some laundry when he noticed that there was a huge pool of water coming from underneath our furnace. I consider him quite professional in his interaction with me as a Microf customer in explaining to me the reason for the A/C blackout which appears to have been weather related (recent storm) parts had to be ordered so l was put back on the schedule for resolution as early as tomorrow. “After having a small leak of freon somewhere in my heat pump system for quite sometime, Climate Care finally found this son of a gun. Other companies spent an hour and simply put more freon in at an exuberant cost! This went on for about 5 years! Jeff spent 5 hours searching and finding the leak.
The owner of CC was genuinely concerned with this job because of the length of time this has been going on and was all over top of it and made it right!

Plan to schedule again w/ them in the future when necessary! Adonis serviced my breakers, and ensured they are AFCI certified. 10/10“
