“Merrick remodeled our entire home, and the results were breathtaking. They clearly have a passion for their projects. Our house had been in the family for decades and was in desperate need of a makeover. Merrick helped us keep the home's key structural and design elements while truly making the house our own. The renovation touched every nook of the house, from the basement to the attic, building an addition and bumping out a deck.

But for as awesome as the final result was, the people are what make Merrick so special. Phil as the lead architect got to know us as he designed the renovation and then communicated with us regularly throughout. “We've had 3 major remodeling projects done by Jendell. Our home has been beautifully transformed. Our first remodel was a complete replacement of 3 bathrooms. That was almost 2 decades ago, and we still get compliments. Our kitchen/family room redesign-remodel likewise was nearly perfect.
