Jendell Construction Inc, Kensington, MD (Phil Cantor) did a large renovation to our 1960s era house. We couldn't be happier with the work and beautiful outcome. The renovation included our 1st floor kitchen, family room and bathroom, and adding a heat pump in the attic (to correct the constant temperature difference between 1st and 2nd floors. ) Beautiful design (thank you Karen!) and amazing attention to detail. The workers were skilled, always showed up when expected, were polite, and cleaned up at the end of the day. A special shoutout to the forman Salvatore. (Once work started on our house it proceeded uninterrupted.) This renovation exceeded all our expectations.
