Since getting the work he recommended done, we have noticed a definite improvement in our house’s comfort level. It’s not as drafty in these past few months compared to a year ago.He is also very responsive to follow up questions. We needed a copy of the receipts of work done to our house, months after the work was done, and he emailed back the receipts within a day. Amazing!This company too as a whole is very professional and organized. They made the process easy from start to finish. They took care of all the necessary paperwork to get a substantial (75%) rebate from Pepco. We only had to pay the difference up front. We didn’t have to pay the full amount and then wait for a check from Pepco in other words.If you think your house could benefit from more insulation and would like a consultation in this regard call this company (and be sure to ask for Mohammed if possible!). You will have to pay about $100 up front (and then any insulation costs after) but it’s worth it. Again they take care of all the paperwork so you don’t have to. The final out of pocket cost was quite reasonable.“
