“We asked Raffi to design and build custom built-in bookshelves in our home office. He made important improvements to our draft design, including incorporating a desk within the bookshelves. He was receptive to specific requests we had for the project, including adding two file drawers and three toe-kick drawers. He communicated frequently to make sure we were on the same page about customization decisions. We had a tight timeline, and Raffi worked overtime to make sure the project was complete when we needed it. We are very pleased with the outcome; it has completely revamped our office!“

Our project liaison, De'Andre was always on top of things in making sure the job was done right. The workers were careful, clean and did everything in a timely manner. Their price was also very competitive. My garage had some hairline cracks that allowed water to seep through when it rains and they fix those before applying the epoxy. They incorporated our suggestions into the design. There were a few problems with the construction including an improperly vented toilet and a problem with the exhaust vents. They came out to fix these problems and I'm now happy with the work.
