“I believe it was Dr Patel (my eyesight is so bad without contacts I'm not actually sure who has been seeing me and I'm terrible with names), but whoever she was has been super kind. When I came in a year early she insisted on refunding me even though they had already done everything and still gave me a full checkup. The one downside is there is usually a fairly long wait in the exam room itself, but I think that is the result of giving each patient as long as they need, rather than rushing them out the door, so it is worth it. A genuine thank you to the kind doctors and staff!“

The shopping experience was just like the ads, I came in on 06/28 around 5:40 (not knowing they are closing soon) to try on the glasses I found online. “By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday“

a pair of frames for an updated prescription and was looking around her new community to find an optician, we stumbled upon the enthusiastic reviews for this unpretentious, longtime family owned alternative to the typical retail chains. As other reviews have mentioned, the staff at B&M could not be nicer including Debbie who has worked there for decades, and the prices are very reasonable without anyone trying to upsell the priciest frames or things you don’t need, while still having a great selection… happy to replace your lenses if you still like your old frames, and fix and do things chains often can’t or won’t. Their professionalism and experience is a throwback to “old times”, and while their decor is also, it lends its own charm as does the location right on the side of a strip mall with very convenient parking. We found the perfect pair of frames for my mom and are delighted to have discovered this independent little gem… no wonder they’ve been in business for so long! Highly recommended.“
