I consider him quite professional in his interaction with me as a Microf customer in explaining to me the reason for the A/C blackout which appears to have been weather related (recent storm) parts had to be ordered so l was put back on the schedule for resolution as early as tomorrow. “Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue.
