20310 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Suite B, Germantown“My 6 (almost 7) year old daughter just recently started seeing Camille and she has been nothing short of amazing! Camille took on my daughter who was recently diagnosed with a rare bone disease called Legg-Calve-Perthes disease and has already helped her tremendously! Our daughter walked out of her first visit feeling comfortable and confident. Our daughter’s first words while walking out of her first appointment was “I really love her, do I get to see her again?” And that made us feel incredibly grateful and confident in Camille! Not only had Camille helped with our daughter’s condition but she also reached out to specialists to see if anyone could help take on our daughters case as we have not had much luck finding a specialist who would be as kind, caring and attentive with our daughter. Camille has gone above and beyond for our daughter and I couldn’t thank her enough for her kindness and compassion during this difficult time! Thank you so much Camille! You truly are an Angel! ❤️“

“I toured this location today. It's beautiful and has a very calm atmosphere. Personally for me, that's not all that matters. It's always nice to be a part of a gym that has a good vibe. The staff here is amazing. Super friendly. Kristin gave me a tour today and she was very friendly and knowledgable, which honestly made me lean toward getting a membership. I wanted to check out the Gaithersburg location just to see what their window views looked like when on the treadmill, since I spend time in Gaithersburg as well, before I committed to a membership. I of course signed up after my Gaithersburg tour, but to be honest I'll probably be going to the Potomac location more. The Gaithersburg location is bigger, but the vibe at the Potomac location is beyond amazing in my opinion.“

“I highly recommend training at Krav Oz.
This is my third year here. I've been to other gyms before and have attended drop-in classes at other gyms (during holidays or travels) after joining KO and talked to several members who (themselves or their kids) have been training at KO for over 5 years. So I can give some perspective on what makes KO stand out.
KO has a clean facility, well-organized teaching curriculum, skilled and certified instructors, different types of self defense and fitness classes. They regularly bring in well-renowned instructors to teach Muy Thai, BJJ, and Knife Control Concept seminars.
While Combat sports are intrinsically risky, at KO they emphasize training safely (teaching us how to protect ourselves and our partners).
Most importantly, I liked the community. The staff pleasantly greets you when you enter KO. If you are new to KO, they'll introduce you to other members. KO also organizes UFC watch parties, holiday parties and socials around the area, which helps build connections outside of training.
Members too are welcoming. I've made some good friends here. We train together, motivate each other during difficult exercises or days when you don't feel like working out. Folks here genuinely care about your progress.
Having a fun, supportive and safe environment at KO has helped me stay consistent in my training, learn self defense and improve my fitness.
Stop by for a tour of the facility, take a drop-in class, talk to members and decide for yourself if it's the right fit for you. If it isn’t the right fit, I think the staff might even suggest you a gym that better suits your (training/schedule) needs.“
