Dr. John Jowers is great. He is friendly, intelligent, and very efficient. I came to him last fall with a torn labrum and was hoping to do rehab instead of surgery in order to get back to throwing with high velocity. During my initial session, he listened to what my issues were and very quickly came up with ways to find my weak spots that weren't being addressed by the standard throwers ten exercises. After identifying my primary limitations, he immediately had several key exercises for me to do to specifically improve those areas.
