She and Debbie constantly challenge us with new creative routines, so we are constantly learning and stretching our abilities. Claire gives us great insight into the anatomy of the muscles we are using, and Anna is fun and enthusiastic.The club is clean, allows access to a variety of equipment, and everyone is so friendly.
