Well dressed for the appointment as you see in those appliance commercials. Did not waste time after we greeted each other. He knew what to do and opened up entire fridge for diagnostics front and back. Called manufacturer Samsung and gave them all the details of the problems he was seeing. Told me estimated time for the next steps and the problem description. Truly a professional courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. People on the phone who confirmed my appointment the day before were also very very courteous and friendly. I loved working with them and having them look at the issue with the fridge. I couldn’t have called a better company than JB.“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My freezer was doing horrible things to my food and I needed to replace the GE gasket. I called GE and was told they discontinued the gasket. I said that the refirgerator is fine, I just need the gasket. They told me, Sorry, can't help. We have always used Apache for the past many years, so I called them. I wanted another GE and was told that it would be ordered for me. When I called to confirm the order, I was told that the model I had ordered was no longer available (and I had not been notified- not good for Apache) However, I spoke to Francis and he saved the day. He told me about the GE mixup and recommended a Whirlpool and it would be delivered within the week. Bless you, Francis and Apache. My Whirlpool is happily saving and freezing my food nicely. The deliverymen, Reuben and Kernando (?) were superb, friendly, knowledgeable, and real gentleman (and it was pouring at the time). APACHE- you are The ONE! P.S.
