I called on Saturday morning seeking repair of a refrigerator. Henry came out later that afternoon and provided us with an diagnosis and a couple of options for repairs. Because we were in a rush to get the refrigerator fixed, he came back Monday evening and stayed until 11 pm. Although the refrigerator still had a Freon leak when he left Monday evening, he was back the Wednesday afternoon to fix the leak. Henry appeared to be very knowledgeable about our unit and was extremely eager to please us!

Water dispenser on my fridge stopped working. H&Ms sent someone out the next day, gave me a two hour window when the tech would arrive and sent a text to notify when the tech was on the way. The tech arrive on time and took his shoes immediately upon entering my home. He was very friendly and explained the entire process of how water lines work in fridge dispensers. I felt more in the know after he left and appreciated him sharing his knowledge.This was my first time using appliance repair so I'm unsure how to compare the cost. I had an emergency repair on a stove for one of my tenants right before the holiday. H&M was super responsive and I had an appointment for the next morning. They ended up needing a part and were able to get the part that day and have the stove fixed the next morning so the tenants could entertain their guests. Will use them again!
