Definitely recommend. Luis was timely, friendly, professional. Quickly repaired my Viking stove. Also nice to receive a text when tech was on the way so I knew exactly when he was arriving. Once you make the appointment, and get past that, it's all good.

Called several Samsung authorized service companies in DMV area and they all were so rude and I was so happy after talking to JB Appliance Service customer rep. Maria was very helpful and listening my concerns. She quickly made an appointment for the next day. The technician Jose arrived on time and was very professional.They have very nicely established tracking system where you can track work status, see live location of technician before arrival, easily contact the technician thru platform.
