“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. Thank you again for providing quick and efficient care.“

I am a surgical technician so I have met hundreds of physicians, but Dr. Sapan Shah is definitely one of the best. During my routine visits he has been kind and professional, and also extremely knowledgable and thorough. His staff has been wonderful too. So far I've had Chris and Maria assist me during my appointments, and they are both very good at what they do. CN Internal also has a Labcorp collection area on site, which made my routine bloodwork extremely easy. Overall, I feel truly lucky that my previous primary care doctor referred me to CN Internal, and I will be returning to them for the foreseeable future!“
“Dr. Safayan is a lifesaver. My husband has always had low iron but Dr Safayan was the first dr to ever say, "let's find out why". Due to family history, it was highly likely that he had celiac but instead of only testing for that, he did a full work up and a unusually large polyp was discovered. My husband was in his early 30's so it wld have gone undetected until it was a problem. I'm surprised to hear others say Dr. Safayan a money-making machine. On the contrary, he spends 20-30 minutes with us (more as necessary), never rushes us, and always asks for a complete health picture. We've found him to be far more thorough than any other doctors we've gone to and that includes some top-notch "Gucci doctors". Also, a shout out to Monica at the front desk who is always so pleasant.“

“All staff was very attentive. I was not expecting an ultrasound of my legs, but definitely felt they were very thorough and careful. I received many reminders via email, text and phone (TOO many, really) and checked in several times via email & phone app with my insurance info, driver’s license, next of kin, etc. At the office, they said I could just do all that at the time of check in (?!?). But again, thorough and redundant is better than the alternative! I’m looking forward to getting treatment in two weeks and feel their pricing is comparable to what I’ve paid in the past. (And THAT was the best surprise of all!) The office was professional looking and pleasant, and the validated parking another nice surprise.“
