He also check the outside vent to make sure it was clear. My dishwasher lower rack needed new rollers which were replaced on the spot. “Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue.
