“We love Dr. Perl! Even my dogs, who know there’s a high probability he’s going to poke and prod them, but they cannot help but be happy to see him when he pulls up in front of our house! So much more comfortable for my pets, so then for me, too, and so convenient! Kiki I think every time I’ve called, Dr. Perl was able to get to us the next day or day after, and sometimes even the same day. The clincher was during the pandemic, he was still willing to come to our house, masked and meeting outside, and when we took up fostering dogs because we were home ALL. THE. TIME. and needed to bring more joy to our daily lives, one of the fosters was suffering from Kennel Cough, and Dr. Perl did not charge us to see and treat him so it wouldn’t spread to our dog, because he appreciated our dedication to fostering a sick pooch. “My dog needed all of her vaccines updated and her annual check up, so I found this place online. We walked in on a Friday during lunch hour and were the only customers- we were in and out in 20 minutes. The assistants were very quick to check me in and recommended the perfect package for us to get all our vaccines. I was most impressed by the pricing- I have always had to pay twice as much as I did at PetWellClinic for the routine vaccines. The vet also took extra care with my dog who usually cries when getting these shots, and she did not let out one whimper. We will definitely be back!“

“My wife and I have been clients of Town & Country Animal Clinic in Olney for a few years and are so pleased with their excellent care and service. Yesterday, after much agonizing, we took our beloved Teddy (Wheaten Terrier - 14 years) for a consultation with Dr. Wilmot before having him put down. I called for an appointment yesterday morning and they were completely booked for the week but the very competent and caring lady on the phone (Christina, I believe) said she would check with the vets on duty and call me back, which she did a few minutes later. I arrived at 11:45 and put in a room with my dog until the vet came in and spent a lot of time speaking with me and my son before we collectively arrived at the decision to put him down. I also had Tokyo, Lauren, and Wiley (I hope I spelled their names right) who took care of my cat. They all had excellent customer service and I’m happy they enjoyed being around my cat. “Kindness Animal Hospital truly lived up to their name today. This was our first experience there with our adult daughter's cat who has had advanced kidney disease. By Apollo's symptoms it was clear that he was in extreme distress since yesterday. Our daughter was out of the country and we were in charge of Apollo. Kindness worked us in to their busy Monday morning schedule today! David, the Tech, and Dr. Z were both so kind and explained the euthanasia process so that we knew what to expect. And the Doctor stayed with us until Apollo had quietly & calmly passed. We are so grateful for all of their consideration & kindness!“

“These ladies were pros when my dog came in. He was very nervous to get his temp checked and our Dr. came back to give him his checkup. He felt safe enough to let me put him on the table for his check up. The assistant and Dr. were both so gentle and sweet to him and they even let me hold him with them when he got his shots. The team always greets us and our animals by name and remember specific things about them. There is a reason we have continued to drive so far over the past 5 or so years to receive care from them.<br><br>I'd also like to note that I highly recommend animal communication with Terriann. We did a session with our highly anxious dog when one of his favorite people was moving out of the country and we were worried about how he would take it. Not only did we gain new insight into how his mind and perception works, but we left with tangible tips for how to help him feel empowered and content in his life and better meet his access needs as a deaf and low-vision dog. We also felt heartened and cared for ourselves. Terriann is very good at what she does and because we weren't sure what to expect, she explained everything along the way.“

We have 2 cats that see Dr. Rapp, one of our fur babies is very friendly while the other is extremely "spicy". Dr. Rapp is incredibly patient, kind, and does not make us feel rushed at all. He utilizes his computer to show us food puzzles, litter additives, and smart scales/feeders to match our cat's needs. Our youngest was in for FLUTD and he answered what was probably 25+ questions I had to calm my nerves and ensured we felt confident in next steps.
